Chris Frederick to Speak at “E-Discovery for Defense Attorneys” CLE Program

Chris Frederick, Senior Manager for Matson, Driscoll & Damico’s Seattle office, will speak at the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers’ continuing legal education course “E-Discovery for Defense Attorneys” on Thursday, November 2 at the Washington State Convention & Trade Center.

The seminar will focus on the impact of the e-discovery rulings scheduled to take effect in 2007. Chris, who provides litigation support on a variety of matters and has testified in both Superior and Federal Courts, will focus on these rulings from the perspective of an expert witness.
